Features & Options

base

A solid, level base is the first and most critical stage before constructing any building. We will advise on different options available for the specific location and requirements.

floor

Your wooden building will be built on a 19mm thick plywood floor, supported beneath by pressure treated timber frame for extra strength, rigidity and weather protection.

framing

Timber framing is constructed using heavy duty pressure treated timber lengths, custom cut on the project site and then assembled together and bolted into position.

cladding

Cladding protects your garden building from the elements and defines its overall look within the setting. Options including shiplap and loglap, are custom cut and fitted on site.

roof

There are various options of roof style and roof covering, depending on the application and budget, including shingles, heavy duty felt, metal sheet or rubber.

doors / windows

Options for doors and windows include timber or upvc frame, with glass, double glazing or polycarbonate, dual or single opening and galvanised or polished fittings.

insulation

Floors, walls and ceilings can be insulated using thermally efficient insulation sheets and then ply-lined inside, to create an all-year-round usable outdoor space.

interiors

Your interior space can be enhanced with power sockets, interior / exterior lighting, wired internet ports, bar areas, AV installations and more… let your imagination run wild!

We pride ourselves on using top-quality suppliers and materials which are locally sourced.

Unlike a lot of pre-fabricated kits, our custom built structures are built from 3×2 or 4×2 timber frames, to ensure strength and longevity. We only use 18mm plywood sheets for floors and ceilings and our various quality cladding options include shiplap, loglap, plastic and metal sheet, provide superior weather protection.
